Vic and the kids initially went t o California. They were there
for about a month and then flew out to Florida with the kids at
the end of March to surprise my mom for her Birthday. They
got to go to Disney World with Marci, Alex, Jenna, and Seth. After
that they went to Sea World with Uncle Mark and Abbey. They then
stayed with Uncle Mark for the rest of the week and visited Grandma
Inky as she was admitted to the hospital as part of her ongoing
disease. Samantha spent the rest of the week finishing up her homework
package with the assistance of Aunt Jennifer, Dad, Ama and Yeh Yeh.
It was a pretty challenging package and required a team effort to
finish!
After a week, they went back to CA where Samantha continued 1st/2nd
grade at Sutter Elementary and Nicole got a rude awakening on the
American Pre-school experience at Childrens' World. Timothy got
to stay home with Vic and went shopping (electronics) alot.
At the end of combat operations, Steph went to Florida tovisit
Inge before picking up the rest of the family in California for
our short trip back to Israel. Along the way we got to visit our
friends, the Kwons and Lourdes Neilan. Once back to Israel, we hit
the deck-plated hard, running ourselves out of gas. We were so busy
there was no time to update this web-page.

Mitzpe
Ramon - Located in the middle of the Negev Desert, this is the
Israel equivalent to the U.S. Grand Canyon and was formed over a
period of millions of years. We stopped here on our way to Eilat,
the Southern port of Israel on the Red Sea.
While in Eilat, we got to ride Camels and observe undersea life
at the Observatory. On the way back we stopped at the ancient Nabatean
city of Avdat, a way point along the old spice route.

National Parks Authority web site.
