As AT&T’s first Consumer Manager for the Middle East, organized, established, evaluated, and conducted extensive consumer marketing programs. Attained more than 2,000 Calling Card acquisitions representing $1.4 million in annual revenue. Coordinated the installation and operation of temporary calling centers for U.S. Military members on deployment or on exercises. Managed marketing budget for three consumer organizations. Developed, updated, and implemented 24 blocks of formal intelligence instruction that were adapted to intelligence training Navy-wide. Researched, developed, and implemented new and vital curricula for counter-narcotics intelligence training. Trained more than 1500 students annually. Provided more than 1000 hours of diverse intelligence instruction to students of all ranks from within all Department of Defense branches. Managed eight instructors.
