Financial Analyst: Provided TBMD Group Financial status to the
Vice President and eight Project Managers. Total Group Revenues
over $8 Million. Coordinated and ensured funding flowed from Pre
Sale (Task Planning Sheets) to Sales Agreement (FAD/MIPR) to SPA.
Facilitated movement from Subcontract Funding Vehicle to Multi Year

Functional Analyst: Provided technical support in formulating the
Joint Staff Security Policy for the Global Command and Control System

1995 to 1996, AT&T Communications Middle East WLL Consumer
Manager: Marketed 22 million minutes in annual long distance communications
representing $42 million in revenue. As AT&Ts first Consumer
Manager for the Middle East, organized, established, evaluated,
and conducted extensive consumer marketing programs. Attained more
than 2,000 Calling Card acquisitions representing $1.4 million in
annual revenue. Coordinated the installation and operation of temporary
calling centers for U.S. Military members on deployment or on exercises.
Managed marketing budget for three consumer organizations. Designed
and implemented tracking systems using a PC. Conducted analysis
and determined proper marketing mix for the Middle East region by
segment. Conducted established marketing communications programs,
including the AT&T Global Hotel Partnership Program, Global

Navy Master Training Specialist: FITCPAC Instructor of the
Year. Ranked #1 of 21 instructors, represented the Navy in the General
Intelligence Training System competition. Developed, updated, and
implemented 24 blocks of formal intelligence instruction that were
adapted to intelligence training Navy-wide. Researched, developed,
and implemented new and vital curricula for counter-narcotics intelligence
training. Trained more than 1500 students annually. Provided more
than 1000 hours of diverse intelligence instruction to students
of all ranks from within all Department of Defense branches. Managed
eight instructors. Provided worldwide off-site intelligence training.
Developed and conducted intelligence training for foreign national
students. Commended by Commanding Officer Fleet Intelligence Training
Center Pacific for constructing and implementing an innovative intelligence
